Leading large pan-European teams, Andy has worked with senior C-Suite and Board stakeholders, successfully driving transformation programs that delivered multimillion-pound cost savings, implemented technology solutions to drive efficiencies and improve the customer experience, led customer service improvement programs that delivered significant business growth, and helped companies embrace and adapt to change as a result of M&A activity.

Andy's recent responsibilities include designing, building, and implementing cloud-based technology solutions for startup, scale-up, and established organizations using platforms such as Salesforce, Mambu, Mulesoft, and Azure, and implementing business-wide Scaled Agile programs to ensure rapid time-to-market and business agility.

With a track record of delivering successful business transformation programs, Andy can use expertise in a freelance capacity to help medium to large-sized businesses and Private Equity portfolios across a broad range of industry sectors tackle the paradigm challenges they are facing, whether as a result of external shocks such as market, political, regulatory, or public health events, or internal factors such as acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, new product development, customer or market share erosion, legacy IT systems inadequacies, or re-profiling the cost base of the business.
