Responsibilities:

• Led the training, aligning and supporting of the agile/lean consulting/coaching/PM team working globally across the business

Responsibilities:

• Led the UCAS Progress division as they integrated two recent acquisitions into the business. Aligned systems, processes and people. Developed strategy to grow the service. Worked with the agile development team to grow functionality, always mindful of customer feedback
