Andrew is a senior Product and Agile coach at Acend with over 15 years combined experience working with senior leadership teams across both larger (Lloyd Banking Group) and smaller (SBS Bank in New Zealand) financial organisations along with other industries such as Pharma (Gilead).
This has provided a deep level of experience given the different types of challenges a large organisation will face versus a smaller organisation as well as the different challenges other types of industries face into.
Andrew focuses on Agile as a set of principles and values working with organisations to understand the problem we need to solve and working together to implement a solution, installing lasting ways of working that are embedded into a company's culture supporting an understanding of the “WHY”.
