Andrew is a senior Product and Agile coach at Acend with over 15 years combined experience working with senior leadership teams across both larger (Lloyd Banking Group) and smaller (SBS Bank in New Zealand) financial organisations along with other industries such as Pharma (Gilead).

This has provided a deep level of experience given the different types of challenges a large organisation will face versus a smaller organisation as well as the different challenges other types of industries face into.

Working with the Chief Transformation office, coaching the Product manager, product owner and wider teams to improve their product and agile ways of working through implementing a customer, flow, mindset principle-based approach and ultimately improving their flow of work from idea to live.
