Previous experience highlights

Product & Agile Coach | Global Pharmaceuticals

Working with the Global Head of Marketing, Chief Product Owner, as well as multiple senior stakeholders and external vendors to implement an Agile Transformation within Global MarTech Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Agile Coach assisting at a programme level the development of a global Digital Asset Management and Approval Platform in approx. 100 countries

• Scrum master coaching and support, establishing agile ways of working across four cross functional teams based in multiple time zones

• Facilitation of remote and in-person workshops including quarterly strategic planning, product coaching and agile ceremonies
