Course OverviewThis five-day course focuses on 'Hands-On' learning to enhance the skills and knowledge students will need to successfully manage System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) 2012 SP1 within an organization. In this course, students will work with clustered and non-clustered hosts, monitor resources using System Center Operations Manger 2012 SP1, use System Center Application Controller 2012 SP1 and gain an in-depth understanding of System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager SP1. Upon course completion, students will be able to architect, deploy and manage System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012 environment.Objectives - noneAudienceThis course is for IT professionals who are upgrading, migrating or new to System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager SP1 and want to learn the skills toward mastering SCVMM 2012.PrerequisitesThis course builds off of new technologies and features built into Windows Server 2012 and Hyper-V v3. Before taking this course, students must have the following technical knowledge and skills: • Completed Microsoft Course 20414: Implementing an Advanced Server Infrastructure and 6 months or more experience:  Install, Configure and Manage Windows Server 2012 Install, Configure and Manage Hyper-V v3 Server Install, Configure and Manage Windows Server 2012 Clustering Configure and Manage Windows Server 2012 Networking and StorageStudents should also have foundational knowledge and skills with the following:  Active Directory 2008 or higher PowerShell version 2 or higher SQL 2008 or higher Knowledge and experience with SCVMM 2008 is recommended but not required
