  • To begin, we explore the concept of thinking on your feet. Participants will also learn three easy ways to structure any response.

Module 3: Know Your Audience

  • This module teaches participants how to identify their audience and the audiences' information needs.

Module 4: Active Listening

  • Next, participants learn techniques to actively listen before responding with an answer.

Module 5: Handling Questions

  • During this module, participants learn a variety of techniques to handle both easy and difficult questions.

Module 6: Delivering the Perfect Message

  • It's not just what you say; it's how you say it! This module focuses on how to use nonverbal messages to build credibility and demonstrate confidence.

Module 7: Phone Techniques

  • In this module, participants learn how to organize their thoughts and buy time while on the telephone. Participants will also learn how to leave a clear and concise voicemail message.

Module 8: Overcoming Nervousness

  • Participants learn tools and techniques to overcome nervousness and communicate with authority.

Module 9: Wrapping Up

  • At the end of the day, participants have an opportunity to ask questions and complete a personal action plan.
