Module 3: The Elevator Presentation

  • This module teaches participants how to deliver a clear and concise presentation in 30-45 seconds.

Module 4: Planning

  • During this module, participants will learn about the different types of presentations and learn how to conduct a needs and audience analysis.

Module 5: Organizing Your Presentation

  • Next, participants learn techniques to organize their presentations based on the information needs of their audience.

Module 6: Verbal Communication Skills

  • To build rapport and credibility with an audience it's important to understand how to communicate with power, use questions to create interaction, and manage difficult audience situations.

Module 7: Handling Questions

  • During this module, participants learn a variety of techniques to handle both easy and difficult questions.

Module 8: Non-verbal Communication Skills

  • Research shows that 93% of our messages are communicated through nonverbal messages. During this module, participants identify methods to communicate powerfully through nonverbal communication.

Module 9: Overcoming Nervousness

  • Participants learn tools and techniques to overcome nervousness and communicate with authority.

Module 10: Creating Powerful Visuals

  • In the module, participants will learn how to create powerful visuals through flip charts, PowerPoint, whiteboards, and video to enhance their message.

Module 11: Wrapping Up
